COUSCOUS Glamping Manazuru also offers products from a long-established dried fish shop, "Uoden," which was founded in the 10th year of the Meiji era (1877). They sell seasonal local fish caught at Manazuru Port, mirin-dried fish made with a secret sauce, and their new specialty, squid bombs.
Uoden's dried fish is extremely popular at department store events and through online sales. It's a perfect souvenir!

Starting in 2024, Uo-den has been operating from a new store located in front of Manazuru Port’s fish market. Nearby, there’s also their direct-managed restaurant "DEN," where you can enjoy exquisite dried fish set meals.

In Manazuru, there are many great dried fish shops, and they all offer delicious products. Personally, I highly recommend Uodenn! While their products are also sold at department stores, there’s something special about buying dried fish directly from the main store—it's a unique experience!
